The following is the final menu for the banquet dinner offered at the Westin Ottawa.

A cocktail reception, hosted outside the banquet dinner ballroom, will immediately precede the banquet. Light snacks and one complimentary drink ticket followed by a cash bar will be offered. Complimentary wine will be served with dinner.

 

Mango and avocado tian with Chinook salmon, citrus vinaigrette garnished with micro greens from the Westin Hotel’s urban cultivator

Roasted Ontario pork tenderloin with apple and fennel slaw, herb marinated vegetables skewered on a rosemary twig
